I made contact with the owner about three weeks ago, arrived in their office, was overwhelmed with the software technology that he had invested in and left about an hour later, with a firm quotation, fixed install date and was totally impressed with the overall service received from the owner, whom I had never met before.
Due to a cancellation, my install date was two weeks later! Prior to that the scaffolder arrived and erected a very secure scaffolding, allowing sufficient access for me and the wife to get in and out of our house, without any potential accidents happening!
Finally, the solar panel installers arrived on time on the agreed date, did a fantastic install, undertook a full testing process and cleaned up after.

Sunflower provide an exceptional service. From the initial visit to scope out the project to the final switch on they explained the process, and delivered a smooth, hassle-free installation.
We knew that we had to take care when choosing an installer that we could trust. There are too many poor providers in this industry and in making our initial foray into the world of solar panels we found several. Fortunately for us, a neighbour had had some panels fitted by Sunflower and they expressed their satisfaction with them.
On their recommendation we used Sunflower and we were not disappointed especially as the installation was not straightforward. A solution was provided to those problems that we are delighted with.
Their customer care is exemplary, even to providing a pen drive with all of the documentation including the insurance that they provide and pay for. Sunflower may be one of the smaller companies in the industry but we are absolutely sure that the future is bright for them.
